About The Role As a Sales & Business Development Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with referral partners, converting leads into clients, and promoting our premium care services. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, senior centers, etc.).
- Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and convert inquiries into service agreements.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and community engagement activities to grow market presence.
- Client Relationship Management
- Lead initial consultations with prospective clients and families.
- Ensure an excellent client experience from onboarding through follow-up.
- Marketing & Growth
- Execute local marketing strategies and participate in networking events.
- Represent the organization at community events and industry functions.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Track activities and performance in CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Who You Are
- Energetic and goal-driven, with proven success in sales or business development.
- Exceptional communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on seniors and their families.
Requirements
- Must have your own vehicle (with business insurance coverage); mileage reimbursement provided.
- Open to driving regularly within your assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
- Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or senior care industry preferred.
- Ability to work Sunday-Thursday.
