About the role
The expected base salary range for this position is $95/Hr - $100/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. The Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements. Role Overview
This is a senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead role within bank’s Personal & Commercial Banking - Digital Components Management team. The successful candidate will support digital banking initiatives by driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring successful implementation. This role requires someone who is not just a project tracker but a proactive delivery partner who understands technology, integrations, and business impact. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, UX Designers, and Business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital technology projects across multiple teams. Manage integrated project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, and Business teams during discovery, design, development, testing, and implementation phases. Participate in solution design discussions and understand technical components, integrations, and delivery impacts. Build strong relationships with business and technology partners. Identify delivery risks and provide solutions/options to overcome challenges. Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery practices. Maintain project documentation, status updates, and delivery tracking.
Required Experience & Skills
5-7+ years of technical project leadership or delivery management experience. Strong understanding of technology projects, integrations, APIs, and solution architecture concepts. Experience working in Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced knowledge of
Jira Confluence Kanban Mural PowerPoint
Preferred Experience
Digital banking, online banking, fintech, or financial services experience. Experience delivering API-based solutions or digital product integrations. Mobile/Web application delivery experience. Understanding of security and information security concepts. PMP or Scrum certifications.
