Who you are
- BA or BS degree and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment
- Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Sense of urgency in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies
- Experience using Greenhouse and other applicant tracking systems
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- HRIS experience (Paylocity a plus)
What the job involves
- As a result of Corelight’s continued growth and success, we are seeking an exceptional Talent Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations Team
- This role is for someone who loves building systems, improving processes and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- This role serves as the engine of our talent acquisition function, providing seamless operational and administrative support for the entire recruiting lifecycle and onboarding all new Corelighters
- As our Talent Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, as well as partnering with People, Finance, Legal, and Hiring Managers on all our teams to drive operational excellence
- If you are someone that thrives in a highly collaborative, quickly growing and constantly evolving team, and delivers great customer service to your hiring managers and candidates, we would like to speak with you
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to anticipate needs, solve conflicts, and keep interview processes moving with speed and accuracy in a high volume environment
- Develop recruiting processes and maintain data accuracy in our ATS, Greenhouse
- Support recruiting data reporting and help refine dashboards, provide accurate pipeline reports to key partners
- Identify and implement small operational improvements that have a big impact on efficiency and candidate experience
- Work closely with the IT and People Team to onboard all new hires including: Pre-first day communications with new hires, background checks, sending new hire gifts, ensure I-9 verification, and adding them to our HRIS system, Paylocity
- Handle aspects of our new employee onboarding experience, including communicating first day expectations and ensuring changes are updated to internal partners
