Your Role As a Maintenance Worker V, you will perform trades duties approaching the journeyman level in various areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. You will supervise other Maintenance Workers and designated staff, constructing items like walls, doors, floors, ceilings, and windows, as well as designing, constructing, and repairing furniture, cabinets, desks, tables, and shelves. Your duties will also include plastering, painting, and decorating by selecting and applying various paint, plaster, and wall coverings for both minor building renovations and general maintenance.
