- 1-2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and/or an equivalent degree.
- Working knowledge of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and tax.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Mass Data, Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, X-Look Ups, Index Match, and other excel functions as required.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and/or other ERP financial system.
- Effective communication (oral and written), presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and you love to learn and contribute within a fun team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
What you’ll do:
- Partner with projects teams to create accurate and updated project information into ERP financial system (NetSuite). Provide guidance and support to project teams on financial processes. (Project Setup, PCA/PCN, Closing of Projects, Invoicing, Credit Memo’s)
- Provide support to Financial Business Analysts.
- Support teams and projects in reaching financial goals with decision making by identifying, quantifying, and communicating financial risks and opportunities.
- Follow and implement proper controls and acts a point of contact for any internal or external financial audits.
- Drive continuous improvement across the organization by remaining a proponent for change.
- Chargebacks
- NL JE and Reconciliation
- Labour WIP JE (Quarterly/YE for FX) and Reconciliation
- Unbilled and Deferred JE and Reconciliation
- ME Report Pulls on Day 2
- PA Exception Report (Rev Recognition Prep) – Bi-Weekly Preferred, but must be done monthly during ME before Rev Recognition – Opportunity to make more efficient
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $58,420.00 to $71,900.00 CAD annually. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.
