Reporting to: Finance Manager - Business Intelligence and Beverage & Distilled Spirits

Location: Mississauga, ON

Greenfield is looking for a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst is responsible for using analytics to support all of Greenfield’s Business Units and provide actionable insights to the business. They will execute and manage reports and dashboards in our business systems, in Power BI while providing analytics to management. In addition, they will serve as a project-based resource to drive key business initiatives. Also, they will provide analysis on metrics and key reports to help support business results.

The ideal candidate will be located near Mississauga, ON and will be a believer in the power of data to drive improvements and increase business performance. They will always be looking to improve on the status quo but willing to execute when necessary. They will possess an excellent ability to juggle multiple priorities and will have strong organizational and time management skills. They will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a great ability to create compelling stories to share data findings. Their strategic thinking will be enhanced through their ability to act as a strategic thinker with the capability to solve non-traditional problems.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have fundamental business education and knowledge as well as technical PowerBI and Data skills.

Your Experience Should Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in delivering executive-level dashboards and reports

Bonus Points If You Have Any Of These:

  • Working towards or possessing CPA designation is a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL, DAX, M Language (Power Query), and Power BI Report Builder.
  • Manufacturing experience including BOM, cost of materials analysis and knowledge of various costing methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain scalable BI solutions using Power BI, supporting executive decision-making through KPI dashboards and financial insights.
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot user issues with existing Power BI reports
  • Update row level security on existing reports and perform periodic reviews of user access
  • Utilize a diverse set of data sources including OData, SharePoint, Salesforce, NAV/D365, and web-based APIs to create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards
  • Automate manual reporting processes using Power BI Desktop, Power Automate, and related business systems.
  • Train and support end users in report usage and Power BI adoption, enhancing self-service BI capabilities across departments.
  • Assist FP&A manager with business unit reporting
  • Document key processes and procedures
