Role
As a Security Guard with Edon, you’ll be the first point of contact in maintaining site safety. Your role will include:
Conducting regular patrols Responding swiftly to incidents Enforcing site policies and procedures for tenants, guests, and the public Generating app-based reports

This is an on-call position, offering flexible, as-needed hours to support operational requirements. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on short notice when required.

What Will You Do
Maintain secure facilities in line with Edon Management’s standards and contract specifications Identify and address security concerns, ensuring the safety systems of the facility are functioning properly Uphold order and enforce site regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises Respond to incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate security-related concerns Conduct routine building walk-throughs and generate detailed reports Follow access control, patrol procedures, and fire safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 2 years security experience Minimum of 3 years driving experience Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Valid Alberta Security License is required Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with no demerits required Standard First Aid and CPR with AED considered an asset Completed Grade 12 Education Excellent knowledge of security practices Strong command of the English language (written and oral)
