Role Description This role involves crafting clear, engaging narratives that explain and humanize Avyra Praxis’s AI receptionist products for diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks include writing product stories, user journeys, and brand content; collaborating with designers, engineers, and operations teams to translate complex ideas into accessible narratives; and shaping messaging across digital and physical touchpoints. The Story Teller may capture visual materials, organize editorial calendars, and contribute to campaign concepts that highlight real-world use cases in clinics, restaurants, and retail environments. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration to brainstorm, iterate, and refine stories that align with the company’s mission and product roadmap. Qualifications Strong Communication and Storytelling skills to convey complex concepts in simple, compelling ways. Excellent Writing and Editorial abilities for creating, refining, and structuring clear narratives across formats. Photography skills to support visual storytelling and enhance written content with relevant imagery. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical insights into audience-friendly stories. Experience with brand, product, or UX storytelling in technology or customer-facing industries is beneficial. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, iterative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
