About the role

Why N-able We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented GTM Enablement Manager to lead a high-performing team and empower our go-to-market (GTM) teams to achieve peak performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning enablement efforts with broader business goals by leveraging data and insights to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to translate performance metrics into actionable programs will ensure that enablement is not just reactive, but a proactive force in accelerating revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll lead a data-driven enablement function, owning performance analytics and reporting that guide strategic decision-making. You’ll identify trends, uncover gaps, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design strategic initiatives that improve GTM productivity, shorten ramp time, and increase win rates. With a strong foundation in modern sales methodologies, you’ll ensure that every program reinforces consistent, high-impact behaviors. Please note this is a hybrid role, therefore attendance in the Ottawa Collaboration hub is required. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Development

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales and customer success leaders, ensuring enablement efforts are aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Align programs with broader GTM and business objectives.
  • Leads and develops team of individual contributors to strengthen their capabilities and promote career growth

Sales Methodology & Training

  • Drive the global adoption and reinforcement of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) across all GTM functions.
  • Architect scalable, role-specific training programs that embed methodology into daily workflows and GTM motions.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to ensure consistent execution, messaging, and methodology alignment throughout the sales cycle.

Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute enablement strategies that support onboarding, ongoing training, and GTM readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to deliver timely and relevant enablement content.
  • Oversees team that manages the global enablement calendar, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Define and operationalize KPI’s to measure Enablement effectiveness, sales/CSM productivity, and program ROI.
  • Lead team that builds and maintains dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Leverage data to identify performance gaps, inform strategic decisions, and continuously optimize Enablement programs.

Tools & Technology

  • Own the strategy and optimization of the enablement tech stack (e.g., LMS, CMS, CRM integrations), ensuring tools support scale and efficiency.
  • Partner with RevOps and IT to ensure seamless integration, data hygiene, and user adoption.
  • Provide strategic guidance on tooling best practices and process improvements to enhance seller experience and performance.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Ops, or a GTM role with 3+ years leading a team.
  • Proven success enabling quota-carrying B2B sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and GTM motions (inbound, outbound, ABM, etc.)
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in sales tech stack (CRM, LMS, analytics, sales engagement platforms)
  • Analytical mindset with a strong bias for execution
  • Experience with data-driven enablement strategies and KPI tracking

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting SaaS or tech sales teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
  • Enablement certifications (e.g., Sales Enablement PRO, ATD, Sandler, MEDDIC)
