We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Pizza Maker/Cook to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting shop operations, managing staff, and ensuring consistent quality and top notch Hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the overall success of the shop. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with daily management tasks, driving sales, and maintaining a positive environment for both Guests and Team.

Prior proven Pizza/Restaurant experience is required. Management experience is great butnot required. Will train the right candidate.

Duties

• Support management in overseeing daily operations, including Pizza making, prep, shop maintenance, and training
• Supervise staff performance, provide training & development opportunities, and motivate team members to be their best.
• Handle customer service issues with professionalism and effective communication skills
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean shop environment
