About The Role
The company is modernizing the PRM category and is hiring a Founding Product Marketing Manager to lead that effort Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will build the Product Marketing function from the ground up — refining positioning, leading launch strategy, and establishing the platform as the AI-native PRM modern partnership teams want to use .This is a true zero-to-one role. The person in this position will define how the function operates, how launches are executed, and how the company communicates value — transforming product innovation into clear commercial advantage while acting as the connective tissue between Product and Revenue teams This will be the company’s first PMM hire, with the opportunity to scale the function into a larger team as the organization grows. The work done in this role will directly shape how the market understands the modern PRM category
What You’ll Do
Positioning & Messaging: Define the company’s positioning as the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams, sharpen differentiation from legacy PRMs, and establish messaging pillars used across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams Define Market Voice: Establish the POV and messaging pillars that support thought leadership initiatives, webinars, and customer education programs Launch Operations: Create cross-functional launch processes and operational rhythms that turn product releases into commercial momentum rather than simple feature updates Product Launch Strategy: Lead launch strategy and narrative development for new features and expansion initiatives, including audience targeting, messaging, and proof points, while partnering with Marketing on campaigns and channels Marketing Enablement: Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure every campaign, launch, sales asset, and customer-facing message is commercially sharp, product-accurate, and tied to revenue outcomes Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with pitch decks, playbooks, and training materials needed to confidently sell and expand accounts, while feeding win/loss insights and field feedback back into positioning and roadmap discussions Customer Proof & Thought Leadership: Develop customer proof strategies, including case studies, ROI data, and references, while defining the thought leadership narrative that powers educational and webinar content Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors across PRM, affiliate, and ecosystem tooling spaces and translate market signals into strategic insights for roadmap, messaging, and commercial strategy Measure PMM Impact: Define and report on the metrics that demonstrate Product Marketing’s contribution, including message resonance, launch impact, win rates, expansion, and product adoption
What They’re Looking For
8+ years of Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS, including meaningful zero-to-one experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. Proven ability to reposition categories and build differentiated narratives that influence buyer perception Strong understanding of partner-led growth, channel revenue, or ecosystem platforms such as PRM, affiliate, or adjacent GTM technologies. Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and operating effectively without an established playbook. Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue impact through launches and enablement initiatives. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives for customers and sales teams. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting win/loss, attribution, and adoption data while understanding which metrics matter most.
