Shift: 37.5 hours/week - Flex Schedule between Monday to Friday: 7:00am-1:00am, Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-12:00am

Starting Pay Rate: $21.86/hour

**Location: 140 Champlain Street, Suite 200. Dieppe, NB E1A1N8 -**Must work from the center for training and nesting period, after which candidates can work from home.

##Description

• Schedule customer pick‑up requests, ensuring accuracy of customer information on file.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding rates, transit times, products, and service procedures.
• Analyze shipment tracking information to provide timely status updates and resolve customer requests or concerns.
• Receive, document, and escalate customer complaints as required, while clearly communicating follow‑up actions and procedures to the customer.
• Route customer requests to the appropriate internal departments when necessary to ensure efficient resolution.
• Complete and maintain all required customer service documentation and forms accurately.
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making and judgment when scheduling calls, synthesizing multiple variables and selecting the most effective solution quickly.

##Responsibilities

Must possess excellent oral communications skills in English and French.
