As the Cashier/Clerk in one of our Aquatic Facilities you will be a key person helping patrons to enjoy a positive and fun experience when visiting one of our many pools. You will need to be flexible and available for a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

As the Cashier/Clerk, you will:

• Provide quality citizen/customer service
• Receive and record cash/credit transactions
• Receive telephone calls
• Types correspondence
• Maintains written records, files and inventory
• Processing refunds according to prescribed procedures
• Operates various types of office equipment
• Administer first aid, as required

Your education and qualifications include:

• Completed High School Grade 12/G.E.D. or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Previous cash experience including operating a cash register and balancing cash.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills dedicated to meeting customer needs and expectations.

• Emergency First Aid / CPR Level C Certificate to be obtained within probationary period.
