Role: Project Coordinator
Department: Corporate Services – IT-Software
Location: Onsite, Richmond Hill office
Amico Corporation is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Medical Equipment with 9 manufacturing facilities employing over 850 people across North America. Amico Corporate Services is currently seeking to fill a Project Coordinator role.
The successful candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, organized, highly detail-oriented and able to deal with competing demands and timelines in a constantly changing environment. This position requires an individual who thrives when working under pressure, has excellent verbal and oral communication skills, and uses courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with colleagues in day-to-day working situations.
The successful candidate must be able to think independently and have a minimum of 1-2 years Project coordination experience.Key Responsibilities:
· Project Support. You will assist with the management of ongoing projects, providing the project team with the support they need to remove obstacles, obtain data, meet deadlines and deliver a successful project implementation, on time, every time.
· Plan and execute. You will aid the Project Manager and project team, ensuring the right resources, equipment and information are being setup, shared and transferred. You will assist in the breaking down of projects into doable actions with achievable timeframes, and in the analysis of risks and opportunities. You will provide support to the Software Implementation Partners and the IT team on various developments and deliverables. You will ensure the project progresses on schedule from concept to delivery.
· Collaborate with internal and external parties. You will serve as a conduit of information to all parties including: Software Implementation Partners, Project Stakeholders at all levels and multiple internal teams within the organization.
· Issue Logging and tracking until resolution. You will confer with project personnel and various subject matter experts to obtain technical advice and resolve challenges in an efficient manner; communicate and elevate concerns in a timely manner; ensure resolution of issues internally, with stakeholders and software implementation partners.

Ability to manage relationships with partners, stakeholders and C- level managers.

Must be logical and organized, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about the processes and business requirements of the organization.
Qualifications**:**
- Experience: 1 – 2 years Project coordination experience
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Office Applications
- Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and the ability to work with confidential information
- Continuous improvement mindset
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000**
**Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
