- Technically curious AND technically savvy, with strong product instincts to quickly understand new concepts that translate directly to the field
- Fluent in pipeline dynamics, performance signals, and GTM vernacular, with the ability to justify taking deliberate actions from data-driven insights
- Experienced using AI tools or building AI-driven workflows that improve enablement or GTM productivity
- A strong verbal and written communicator who can simplify complexity and create clear, useful, and actionable content
- Experience in the EPM software space or other highly technical solutions
- Experience supporting global or multi-region GTM teams
- Familiarity with enablement, LMS, content management, or sales productivity tools such as LetterAI and Gong
- Background in sales, product marketing, revenue operations, or sales strategy
- Experience measuring enablement effectiveness and connecting programs to business outcomes
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale global programs that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our GTM teams
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution; the individual will take high-priority GTM initiatives, and thanks to masterful cross functional alignment, turn them into efficient, field-ready programs that optimize teams’ understanding of:
- A) what actually matters?
- B) what is changing? And
- C) how to effectively execute?
- From launches and playbooks to learning pathways and AI-enabled workflows, you’ll design and collaborate on virtual, hybrid, and in-person Enablement experiences that elevate the field
- Own GTM enablement programs from design through rollout, including planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, execution, and measurement
- Support existing programs such as GTM Onboarding and GTM SKO with logistics, content management, and measurement
- Translate product, marketing, and GTM priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable enablement for the various GTM personas (BDR, AE, SC, and CSM)
- Build high-quality content and learning experiences, including role-specific playbooks, GTM competency hubs, e-learning pathways, AI role play simulators, and compelling All Hands forums
- Develop AI-native workflows and scalable automation resources that optimize for learning, execution, and GTM productivity
- Partner across Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Partners, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Enablement to ensure initiatives land consistently internally and externally
- Leverage field feedback, pipeline signals, and performance data to continually improve programs
- Refine and optimize teams decision-making by consistently contributing clarity and rigorous operational discipline
