About The Role Finance Intern – Summer 2026 Location : Mississauga, ON

Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Duration : May–August 2026

Compensation : $30/hr | 37.5 hrs/week

Our Finance team is a strategic partner—driving sustainable growth and protecting value across the business. With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, we thrive on data-driven decisions, operational efficiency, and making a meaningful impact.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, contributing to Reckitt’s financial health and performance. You’ll work on some of the world’s most recognized health, hygiene, and nutrition brands while gaining exposure to real-world business challenges.

Internship Projects May Include:

  • Supporting financial planning and forecasting by brand and customer
  • Assisting with monthly financial close and P&L analysis
  • Contributing to balance sheet reconciliation and documentation updates
  • Analyzing business performance and ROI
  • Supporting budgeting and cost monitoring for supply and procurement
  • Generating financial reports and assisting with ad-hoc requests
  • Participating in cost-saving and efficiency initiatives

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Finance, Accounting, or related field (graduating in 2027 or 2028)
  • Strong interest in financial management and business performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – You take ownership and treat the business like it’s your own
  • Analytical and data-driven – You turn insights into strategies
  • Organized and efficient – You manage time well and prioritize tasks
  • Team player – You collaborate effectively across functions

Hiring Process Overview:
