CycleBar is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to help grow our membership community while delivering an exceptional experience for every rider. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, confident on the phone, motivated by achieving goals, and passionate about fitness and customer service.
If you have previous fitness, boutique studio, or membership sales experience, we'd love to hear from you, but we're also looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
What You'll Do
Drive membership sales through lead generation, studio tours, follow-up, and closing sales Make outbound calls to prospective members, trial riders, and inactive leads to book appointments and convert memberships Deliver an outstanding first-time rider experience that creates lasting relationships Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals while contributing to overall studio success Build meaningful relationships with riders to encourage retention and referrals Work closely with the Studio Manager and fellow team members to create a positive, high-energy studio environment Participate in local community events and promotions to increase brand awareness Assist with retail sales and maintain merchandising standards Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming Uphold all CycleBar brand standards and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience with a passion for exceeding goals
Previous fitness, boutique studio, or membership sales experience is considered a strong asset Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with prospective members A true self-starter who takes initiative and works independently A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Positive attitude, professional appearance, and high level of energy Comfortable using CRM and sales software (ClubReady experience is an asset) Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This position is Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 8:30pm (18 hours) Weekends as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to move and position indoor cycling bikes
Perform basic bike adjustments and minor maintenance Assist with cleaning and maintaining the studio, lobby, bathrooms, and CycleTheater Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Compensation & Benefits
