Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for aCorporate Parts Manager.
At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our senior management team as the**Corporate Parts Manager.**This role will effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the parts teams across all locations, including our Product Support and NAPA groups.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to drive the growth of revenue, optimizing parts operations and promote high quality customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the equipment parts market.
Key Abilities:

Lead and mentor parts department managers and staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
-
Proven experience in negotiation, with a track record of achieving beneficial outcomes
-
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through effective inventory control, forecasting, and KPI management
-
Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Finance leadership to align strategy and achieve company-wide goals
-
Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency
-
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability

To identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome challenges and obstacles
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management, preferably in the agricultural, truck or construction equipment industry.
- Exemplary leadership abilities and experience leading multi-site teams with measurable business results
-Proficiency with dealer management systems (IntelliDealer would be ideal); strong data analysis and problem- solving skills

An ability to develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts revenue

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
