CRIM 280-500- Introduction to Social Justice
An interdisciplinary examination of the nature and foundations of social justice, including human rights. Theoretical and applied perspectives are included.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate must:
- hold a MA or PhD in field or equivalent discipline; PhD is preferred;
- a record of effective teaching at the post-secondary level;
- have experience managing classroom and online technologies used by the University of Regina (including UR Courses [Moodle])
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range Per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
The instructor will deliver the course on campus face-to-face in Saskatoon on Campus, The Concourse, Innovation Place on Mondays from 2:30-5:15pm. Instructors are expected to have one office hour per week.
Course Modality On Campus - Face to Face Course Dates and Time January 1, 2027- April 30, 2027- M-1430-1715 Duration (if Term/Temporary) January 1, 2027 - April 30, 2027. Sessional Lecturers may have preparatory work to do before the start date and sometimes may have to deal with grading tasks after the termination date. Full-Time/Part-Time Other Preference Posting No Preference Target Posting Not Targeted
