What the job involves

• We are looking for someone who can cover PHP for 3 months on this particular project. However, if candidates know NodeJS, React, React Native, or other mobile technologies then we would consider a full time offer
• We're seeking a talented PHP engineer to join our team in order to build out new website functionality for an existing sports website that our team maintains
• This is an exciting oppportunity for an intermediate engineer looking for join a strong team dynamic
• You'll work on developing a new "fantasy" section for an existing sports league website, working alongside our team who currently build and maintain the rest of the league's digital properties
• You will work with our team in our Agile+AI practices in order to build applications on a week by week sprint
• PHP Development: Build high-quality, performant PHP based website, integrating it with an existing product suite and codebase
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain Node.js backend services and APIs to support mobile applications
• Full Stack Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for feature development
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable code following best practices and conduct code reviews
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance across platforms
