Grassland Midwifery is excited to welcome a passionate, client-centred Registered Midwife to join our growing, community-focused practice. We are a supportive team that values connection, collaboration, and caring for one another as much as we care for our clients.
At Grassland Midwifery, we believe in relationship-based care rooted in trust, respect, and compassion. We are committed to providing competent, evidence-informed care that honours client’s choices and experience throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We serve a diverse community and support births in home or hospital settings. We strive to create a work environment where midwives feel supported, valued, and able to practice in a sustainable way.
As a Midwife At Grassland Midwifery, You Will Provide full-scope midwifery care across the prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients and families
Participate in an on-call rotation within a supportive team structure
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community partners
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive practice culture that values kindness, communication, and mutual support
We Would Love To Hear From You If You General/ New Registrant Midwife in good standing with the College of Midwives of Alberta
Are passionate about continuity of care and committed to client-centred and informed-choice care
Value teamwork, open communication, and supportive work relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
New graduates and experienced midwives are both encouraged to apply.
