Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Libro Connect Specialist supporting our Libro Connect (Call Centre) Team.
The Libro Connect Specialist will take a proactive approach to coaching high potential Owners within aligned market segments achieve their financial goals – including understanding each Owner’s financial situation and life goals to build and foster long term, full relationships, within the Contact Center environment. Responsible for working closely with other members of the sales team to ensure all opportunities are identified, referring to the appropriate Lending, Investment, or Business Coaches to build a full financial relationship with Owners. Commitment to the on-going knowledge and expectations.
The successful candidate will:
- Provides personal lending solutions including lines of credit, loans and mortgages to appropriately fulfill Owner needs.
- Effectively apply pro-active advice-based selling with all owner interactions including inbound Owner calls, outbound relationship-building calls, and Email/SM.
- Conducts holistic conversations using Prosperity Planner and budgeting tools to better understand Owner’s goals, needs and aspirations.
- Refer opportunities seamlessly to appropriate specialists to match expertise to Owner’s identified needs, including complex mortgage lending solutions.
- Develops collaborative relationships with internal teams and business segments to effectively service Owners and grow business.
- Proactively seeks coaching and feedback to enhance skills and performance and work with coach to set goals focused on growing ownership and portfolio.
- Makes smart risk decisions that protect our Owners and Libro and consistently meets compliance of regulatory policies.

- Do you have a post-secondary degree or diploma?
- Do you have 2 to 3 years' experience in a financial institution with experience in sales and cross-selling and in a customer service environment? Virtual Call Centre experience strongly preferred.
- Do you have lending experience and a strong understanding of credit and risk?
