Role Overview: Focus on managing existing North American clients, ensuring high retention, renewals, and upselling TAC Security’s products (AASA, ioxt, Socify).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with current clients and ensure renewals.
- Upsell and cross-sell AASA, ioxt, and Socify.
- Understand client needs and align product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for support/escalations.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in SaaS/cybersecurity sales or account management.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
