For more than 20 years, we have built our reputation through thoughtful guidance, strong results, and long-term relationships with families. A large portion of our work comes from referrals and returning families who trust us to help their children succeed academically.
We are expanding our presence in British Columbia and are hiring an Enrollment & Student Success Advisor in the Greater Vancouver area.
The Role
Families typically contact us because they are seeking academic support for their child. Your role is to speak with parents, understand the student’s needs, and help guide them toward the right tutoring or test preparation plan.
This is a consultative, conversation-driven role , not a high-pressure sales job. There are no cold calls—families reach out because they are already interested in support.
Many families are navigating stress or uncertainty about their child’s education. The ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and communicate clearly is essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation calls with parents by phone or Zoom
- Understand student needs, academic goals, and family concerns
- Recommend appropriate tutoring or test preparation services
- Guide families through the enrollment process
- Write thoughtful follow-up emails tailored to each family
- Maintain organized records of conversations and next steps in our CRM
- Coordinate with tutors and internal team members to support students
- Manage a pipeline of families considering enrollment

Strong advisors build trust quickly and guide families toward clear decisions when our services are a good fit.
Performance is evaluated through:
- Conversion of consultations into enrollments
- Responsiveness and communication quality
- Pipeline organization and follow-up discipline
- Overall client experience
Qualifications

- Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully
- Write professional, well-structured emails
- Stay organized across multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Are comfortable guiding conversations without rigid scripts
- Care about doing work that genuinely helps students and families
Prior experience in tutoring or standardized test preparation is not required . We will train you on our services and the academic landscape.
Work Structure
This role will begin remotely within the Greater Vancouver area .
As our presence in British Columbia grows, we expect the role to transition into a hybrid structure that includes occasional in-person collaboration with the team.
Compensation
Total On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$90,000 CAD, depending on performance
Compensation includes:
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based incentives tied to enrollment outcomes and client experience

Princeton Tutoring is an educational services company founded in 2005 by Greg Wong and Kevin Wong, two brothers and Princeton University graduates.
We provide private tutoring (academic subjects & test prep), college counseling, corporate training and educational tourism services. Our instructors are the highest performing students and graduates from Ivy-plus universities who also act as role models and mentors. Our College Counseling program is headed by former Admissions Officers from Princeton University and New York University. Since our inception, we have provided thousands of hours of tutoring and have helped students improve their confidence, increase grades, and gain admission into selective high schools and top colleges.
Internationally, we recruit qualified teachers for programs in Asia. Princeton Tutoring is not affiliated with The Princeton Review.
