About the role

Are you a dynamic and driven dental office professional seeking your next opportunity to lead? Our Toronto-based Dental Practice is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team on a full-time, 12-month temporary contract.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing patient experiences, streamlining clinic operations, and building strong synergy between front-desk and clinical teams.

The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1–3 years of experience in dental office management or administration
  • Hands-on experience with dental practice management software
  • Skilled in managing a busy, multi-provider dental schedule
  • Proven ability to collect accounts receivable in a dental setting
  • Experience with invoicing and accounts payable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Ability to manage confidential patient records with discretion
  • Financial acumen including budget oversight and reporting
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for providing exceptional care
