What You Will Do:
- Drive Innovation and Leadership: Model behaviors that reflect our vision, mission, and safety principles. Develop sales strategies and programs that are relevant, timely and deliver value for our members, customers and the entire organization.

- Lead a High-Performance Team: Empower and develop your team to exceed goals through strategic direction, operational efficiency, and a culture of collaboration. Utilize coaching, mentoring, performance management, and continuous feedback to unlock potential.
- Champion Safety and Asset Protection: Uphold and advance our safety management and asset protection systems, policies, and procedures to protect people and assets.
- Optimize Operations: Maintain consistency in inventory, merchandising, and pricing across all locations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and accountability. Develop new processes and enhance existing processes to take the business to a new level.
- Communicate with Impact: Present results and insights in a clear, compelling manner that explains the “why” behind goals and the “how” of execution, using multiple communication channels.

Who You Will Work With: As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Vice-President Consumer Operations and Innovation, you will be a key participant in initiating, developing, and executing plans and policies to ensure continued growth in sales, service, team member satisfaction, and customer experience. You will help lead a fun and passionate Food Operations team to cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration with a focus on the strategic and purposeful execution of long-term and day-today
plans.

Prince Albert, often called the "Gateway to the North" is centrally located along the banks of the North Saskatchewan River, about 140 kilometers north of Saskatoon. As the third-largest city in the province, it serves as a key hub between the southern prairie regions and the vast boreal forests to the north. The city is surrounded by natural beauty, offering easy access to outdoor recreation. Just 50 kilometers away sits Prince Albert National Park, known for its pristine lakes, dense forests, and abundant wildlife. The city itself has
a population of around 38,000 and serves as a regional economic hub that supports a diverse economy based on government services, agriculture, forestry, mining, and the health and education sectors. Who You Are:
- You have 15+ years of progressive retail and/or operations leadership including several years leading multiple sites/divisions with both urban and rural locations
- You can showcase your proven ability to coach and inspire top-tier teams.
- You demonstrate sharp business instincts with a proven record of driving operational success.
- You display exceptional strategic, analytical and communication skills.
- You are tech savvy with a good understanding of technology and how to leverage it for the advancement and efficiency of your operation and your team.
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field and/or Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) experience (with a focus on Food) are considered assets.
NOTE: This role involves extensive travel throughout Lake Country Co-op’s trading area and includes some overnight and/or multi-night stays.
