About The Opportunity On behalf of a valued client, LRO Staffing is seeking a Project Director to lead the AV scope of a hospital redevelopment. This role serves as the senior authority for the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale audiovisual systems. The Project Director ensures technical excellence, constructability, system integration, commissioning, and operational performance, while providing strategic oversight across schedule, financial outcomes, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise AV platforms, AV-over-IP infrastructure, and the integration of AV, IT, clinical, and life-safety technologies within highly complex environments including hospitals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead delivery of AV project through the design, commissioning and handover phase
- Project leadership across schedule, budget and risk
- Act as the SME for enterprise AV during project delivery
- Build up and manage team through project lifecycle
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years project management delivering large-scale integrated technology systems
- Experience leading AV projects for healthcare / hospital projects
- Experience building and leading teams through design and execution phases of AV projects
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and technology vendors
- Stakeholder management experience
This position is remote to start during design phase, with a shift to on-site in Ottawa, ON during execution phase. LROIT
