The Government of Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Government Relations is seeking an energetic, confident individual with strong communication, analytical, policy and program development, implementation and evaluation skills to join the Aboriginal Consultation Unit team within the Lands and Consultation Branch.
We are seeking a qualified person with knowledge of government’s legal duty to consult to help fulfill the Ministry's role in meeting the goal and objectives of Saskatchewan’s First Nation and Métis Consultation Policy Framework. You will design and conduct research projects, business improvement, projects, and program reviews to identify options and recommend courses of action to management. You also will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration of the First Nation and Métis Consultation Participation Fund and the unit's data management systems.
Typically, the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be obtained by the completion of a degree or diploma in business administration, public policy, social sciences, resource management, or a related field, combined with experience in policy analysis and program management including data management and financial management duties.

Hours of Work**:** A - SGEU Office 36 - one day off every two weeks
