What You'll Bring
- A related University diploma and 7+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the credit or financial services industry.
- Highly organized with experience in project management. PMP Certification is an asset.
- Very strong financial acumen with the ability to understand, interpret and communicate financial data, including pricing and commercials, with experience in deal structuring.
- Familiar with contract language and legal terminology, ability to effectively review and interpret general contracts and draft pricing addendums.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to create executive summary materials, with experience presenting at the C-level.
- A self-starter with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in the MS suite of products, advanced user of Excel and PPT.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- French proficiency is an asset.
Impact You'll Make Reporting directly to the Director, Sales Operations & Enablement, you are a trusted business partner playing a critical role in several key programs to support TransUnion Canada’s strategic deliverables. You will enable the Sales organization to be focused on revenue growth through the identification and execution of business process improvements and strategic initiatives. This role requires the coordination of SME’s across the business to ensure the realization of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Program and Project Management
- Manage core Sales Operations initiatives related to pricing, sales process improvements and other projects supporting regulatory and compliance adherence.
- Support Sales Enablement programs by engaging with cross-functional stakeholders for needs analysis reviews, and ongoing program assessment and improvement. Collaborate with Corporate and International teams to align on best-in-class training approaches, and lead implementation efforts in-region.
- Manage post-implementation reporting and analytics, compiling ROI data and providing regular metrics packages for senior leadership on business impact.
Identify and Implement Sales Process Improvements
- Change champion, assessing current processes to identify opportunities to improve usage of sales tools, business engagement models and team talent, making recommendations to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Optimize usage of Salesforce.com by coordinating and documenting sales requirements, attending discovery sessions, performing user-acceptance testing and post-production support. Build strong relationships with the Corporate CRM team to facilitate ongoing enhancement of the system and timely break-fix resolution.
Additional ad-hoc assignments as directed to meet business needs.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
