About the role

The Portfolio Group are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager (agency background) to lead and grow our Payroll Recruitment team in Toronto!

The Role; As a hands on Manager, you will lead from the front in running your own desk within Payroll Recruitment, taking responsibility for the full Recruitment lifecycle including Business Development & winning new clients, Recruiting, Candidate & Client Management and running the full process. Alongside this, you will coach and mentor our existing Recruitment team, while working with the Director to grow and shape the business as we take it to the next level!

Client Development, Relationship Building and Business Development Working with a large, warm & varied client platform covering all industries Lead generation Client meetings - both in person and video Recruiting - Head hunting, networking & candidate process management Internal cross selling and collaboration Database Management Managing, coaching and training the existing team Working with the Director to establish hiring plans and growth of the team

The Person; You should be a successful 360 agency Recruiter incorporating both Recruiting and Sales, with a professional services sector background You should have previous experience of leading and managing a team You MUST have some experience of Business Development and winning new clients Strong candidate management and process management Strong relationship building skills You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
