What can you expect from this position?

In this role reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Director, Inclusion and Workplace Culture, you will support the execution of talent and culture programs across the organization that enhance talent acquisition and new employee engagement through collaboration, innovation and data driven decision making. This role will offer the opportunity to work with two senior leaders, and is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to various areas of HR.

As Talent Attraction Intern you will:

  • Compile data for reports and dashboards relating to talent acquisition, campus and onboarding programs.
  • Partner with senior HR leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of impactful projects, including development of a new Talent Acquisition dashboard.
  • Support the broader talent acquisition team with day-to-day projects and administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solicit ideas and feedback on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage calendars and inventory for new hires and campus events including marketing and promotional materials.

This is the role for you, if you have:

  • Enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution - a focus in Communications, Business, or Commerce considered an asset but not mandatory.
  • The ability to take initiative and effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
