Responsibilities
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As the expert in global monetization policy, the candidate will work closely with the regional MSO teams and senior leadership to investigate policy needs, design policy tactics & solutions, forecast policy risks, and control the progress of project implementation. Fully responsible for the design and implementation of global policies.
This position is for an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- According to business development needs, deep dive into client development policies to accelerate client onboarding and scaling.
- Design policies to ensure clients are matched with the optimal level of service, enabling health client segmentation and efficient resource management
- Measure and track business performance, capable of generating business analysis and reporting independently, analyze business market performance, and conduct regular strategic assessments.
- Work closely with regional leadership teams, be responsible for key project plans designing and management, and be the owner of policy implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years or more experience in in Sales Operations management or Strategy or digital advertising experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage and support stakeholders in China market
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent critical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
- Good communication skills and collaboration, strong XFN coordination, and a proactive style of doing things.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD $66,240 Annual Compensation Minimum - CAD $116,000 Annual Compensation Maximum Annual.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units and benefits.
Employees have day one access to extended health, dental, a group registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) with company match issued through a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP), paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs from time to time, with or without notice subject to compliance with local laws.
