We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Manager to oversee youth care and operations within assigned home to help us deliver on our mission to provide the highest quality therapy to youth by coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the best-personalized support systems necessary. What You Will Do

This leadership role ensures consistency in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centred care while supervising Team Lead and Supervisor. The Program Manager is responsible for case oversight, documentation standards, staff coaching, scheduling coordination, crisis response, and maintaining safe, structured home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee youth case management and communication with Social Workers
  • Ensure accurate documentation in ShareVision
  • Supervise and coach Team Lead and Supervisor
  • Manage monthly scheduling and support operational needs
  • Maintain BBI home standards for safety, cleanliness, and youth wellbeing
  • Complete performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide crisis leadership

The Experience, Expertise and Education We Value

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in social services
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Services or related field considered an asset
  • Experience in Nursing, Social Services, Home care, Educational Assistant positions, Early Childhood Education, Support Worker, Personal care aid, Human services support
  • Experience working in group-home or Youth Care settings
  • Supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead by example
  • Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centered practice
  • Knowledge of ADP, ShareVision, and Dext (asset)
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR
  • Mental Health First Aid
  • NVCI/Mandt
  • ASIST/ASK
  • Valid driver's license/Driver's Abstract/Criminal Record Check/Social Development Check/1-million liability required
  • Fluency in English is required (oral/written)
  • Ability to work with/around pets i.e., cats and dogs is required.
  • Schedule flexibility - days, evenings, overnight, weekends
