Role and Accountabilities:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Security Operations (SecOps), particularly in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps solutions and driving enterprise-level implementations that align with security and business objectives.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in leading technical strategy, architecture design, and integration for ServiceNow SecOps modules across complex environments.

In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response solutions.
  • Translate business security requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow technical solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and ServiceNow developers to ensure optimal platform usage and integration.
  • Define and maintain architectural standards, data models, and governance for ServiceNow SecOps implementations.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.
  • Oversee and mentor development teams during implementation and configuration phases.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, client demos, and effort estimation.
  • Ensure alignment with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS).

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  • 5–7 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect or lead role.
  • strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations, specifically Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response.
  • Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to design solutions that scale across multiple environments and support future growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Skills and Certifications

  • ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator CSA.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (SIR)

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills.

  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
