About the role
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with Technicians nationwide to support parts replenishment and make necessary adjustments
- Process daily and weekly air freight orders
- Working together with other teams (warehouse, customer service, etc.)
- Respond to emails and complete inventory adjustments in a timely manner
- Submit claims for missing parts to Germany
- Activate and maintain part numbers in the system
- Prepare, coordinate and complete inventory counts for all technicians across the country
- Work on inventory counts at the warehouse as needed
What we are looking for
- 2- 5 years’ experience in inventory control or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
