We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an EDGE A&E Admin Support & Technician. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys design, technology, and working with students in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The position is 15 hours per week with the possibility of increased hours in the Fall.
Start Date: September 2, 2026
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the EDGE A&E Program. Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer communication. Operate and maintain engraving equipment, presses, and related production tools. Support students in learning and using design and production technologies. Create and modify designs using graphic design and production software. Assist with production scheduling and project completion. Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in or experience with design and creative technologies. Strong computer skills and willingness to learn technical software. Experience with graphic design software is an asset. Ability to operate or learn to operate engraving machines, presses, and related equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with students and staff. Customer service and administrative experience are considered assets.
