We currently are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team that will review and assess customer credit applications, make credit decisions within company limits, and provide recommendations for higher-risk accounts. This role will support the sales team with credit holds and releases, assist with collections, and maintain accurate customer credit files—all while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess and approve credit decisions within limits and provide recommendation on higher-risk accounts to senior management.
  • Support sales teams with credit holds, releases, and account inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize digital customer credit files and system account setups.
  • Provide analysis on periodic credit reporting and dashboards.
  • Collaborate to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CCP designation an asset.
  • Experience with accounting systems, commercial credit, or trade finance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in M365 applications, Power BI; and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture or food processing industry is an asset.
