What you'll do
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager specializing in Content AI & Process Automation. In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging automation and artificial intelligence to revolutionize our new and existing Product Information Management (PIM), Product Content Management (PCM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Workflow Management platforms. In addition to product content and information onboarding, this role will enable Gen AI capabilities to automate content for our websites and other channels. Your immediate mission: to enable seamless product onboarding for retail and eCommerce, ensuring products are online within 24 hours by adding automation throughout the process leading to a reduction of manual effort across the end-to-end process to increase our speed to market.
- Business Process Requirements: Lead the enablement of AI and automation capabilities based on the defined business process requirements for automation and AI implementation across PIM, PCM, DAM, and Workflow Management platforms to reduce manual effort across business users across the end-to-end product onboarding process. Also enable ways to use AI and automation to enable the creation of content and creative at scale for our eCommerce and marketing channels.
- AI and Automation Enablement: Develop and implement AI-driven automation strategies to optimize content management and product onboarding processes to reduce manual effort and increase speed-to-market.
- Prompt Engineering: Hands-on development in AI language models (LLMs) to create effective prompts and responses tailored to our business needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers from each platform to enable shared AI services and automation solutions.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with IT squads comprised of CTC IT resources, 3rd party SI resources (e.g. Accenture and EPAM), and 3rd party AI SaaS providers to implement and integrate AI solutions throughout the enterprise content supply chain.
- Data Science Expertise: Utilize data science techniques to enhance product data quality, accuracy, and processing efficiency.
- Technical Proficiency: Apply technical skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript to support the implementation of AI-based automations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, share progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Reporting and Evaluation Frameworks: Enable capabilities to track AI confidence scoring and KPI reporting to allow for ongoing optimization of AI and automation outputs.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong business product ownership skills.
- Solid background in AI and data science, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering for AI language models (LLMs) with strong experience in OpenAI and Microsoft Azure AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the product content and information onboarding and optimization in a retail environment is ideal.
- Experience with PIM (Stibo preferred), PCM (Syndigo and Salsify preferred), DAM (Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Tenovos preferred), Commerce and Content Management Platforms (Adobe Experience Manager and SAP Hybris CCV2) or workflow management platforms (Adobe Workfront and Wrike) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe GenStudio) is a plus.
- Experience working with various SaaS AI platforms including but not limited to translation, content generation and media editing (e.g. Adobe Firefly etc.), product data quality evaluation, data enrichment via scaping, SEO optimization, is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is required. SAFe Certification is a plus.

What you bring
