VOTRE CONTRIBUTION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ORGANISATION
Traitement et codification des factures fournisseurs, préparation des paiements et suivi des échéanciers; Facturation aux clients, suivi des encaissements et relance en cas de retard de paiement; Réconciliation mensuelle des comptes bancaires et identification des écarts; Participation aux fins de mois, écritures de journal et préparation des états financiers; Préparation et transmission des déclarations de TPS/TVQ et autres obligations fiscales courantes; Production de rapports financiers ponctuels, suivi des budgets et réponse aux questions de la direction; Maintien rigoureux des dossiers comptables et archivage des documents selon les normes en vigueur; Toutes autres tâches connexes.
VOS COMPÉTENCES ET VOS TALENTS QUI VOUS PERMETTRONT DE VOUS RÉALISER
DEC en comptabilité ou formation équivalente Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire Bonne maîtrise du cycle comptable complet À l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office et le logiciel Zoho (atout) Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité Anglais fonctionnel à l’oral et à l’écrit
