We are currently seeking a Sports School Sales Desk Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations of our Sports Sales Desk and Call Centre. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience, and a willingness to learn. This role may involve working outdoors for short periods of time in varying weather conditions and require flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. Compensation Information: $26.68 per hour
Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

Skills You Bring With You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Post secondary education; business administration, or equivalent experience considered an asset.
- Outstanding interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Outstanding computers skills; P.O.S. systems, Microsoft computer systems, electronic business systems.
- Outstanding cash handling skills; sales transaction reconciliation, daily cash outs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented.
- Proven track record in guest services and as a team player.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of current WCB standards as related to the workplace.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Guest Services Manager to ensure there is effective planning and organization of the Sales Desk, Call Centre, and the Activities Desk (Summer only).
- Regular communication with the Sports School team; Reviewing lesson set up and effective procedures and problem resolution.
- Daily supervision of Sales Desk and Call Centre.
- Oversee hiring and training for the Sales Desk and Call Center.
- Staff scheduling and fulfilling exceptions in Payworks.
- Performance evaluations in accordance with SPRLLP policy.
- Assisting the GS Manager and Sports School leadership team with specific reports as required.
- Manages our Call Centre/phone tree logistics, on-line AI chat and live chat; track and provide monthly usage reports.
- Planning and updating seasonal RTP products and development of systems as required with special attention to quality consistency and guest satisfaction.
- As required active participation in SPR meetings and committees.
- Conduct and assist with weekly staff meetings.
- Duties as required to ensure the successful operation of the department, including support of other departments and special promotions.
