Technical Customer Support Specialist (Contractor) — AI audio platform. Canada, remote.
A fast-growing AI audio platform is looking for a highly technical support specialist to independently troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, integrations, and their broader platform. Fast-moving startup environment, minimal guidance, constant change. Independent contractor role — no benefits or health insurance.
What You’ll Do
→ Independently troubleshoot complex API, integration, and telephony issues (SIP, Twilio, AI integrations)
→ Translate technical findings into clear explanations for customers and internal teams
→ Work autonomously, managing your own workload and learning without close supervision
What We’re Looking For
→ 2–3 years in technical customer support (SaaS / high-growth tech, B2B/enterprise preferred)
→ Confident troubleshooting REST APIs, HTTP, auth, webhooks, and integration flows
→ GCP tools and GCP Logs experience; SQL for log investigation
→ Able to read and troubleshoot Python; JS/Node.js/React a plus
→ Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and audio technology
→ Highly autonomous, fast learner, strong communicator
→ Based in Canada, remote
Compensation: $60K–$80K USD (stretch to $100K for exceptional candidates)
