Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic business partner to Brand Management and R&D, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated business outcomes.
- Translates consumer, shopper, and marketplace insights into measurable top- and bottom-line impact.
- Champions an agile, analytics-driven approach to identifying and unlocking growth opportunities; designs learning agendas, leads execution, synthesizes findings, and communicates implications to shape CAG brands’ current and future market position.
- Advises on critical strategic priorities for the Annual Operating Plan and long-term business strategy, acting as the voice of the consumer and shopper.
- Leads the synthesis and activation of market, retailer, and consumer trends to inform brand innovation, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market plans.
- Identifies, develops, and refines new and renovated products to accelerate sustainable business growth.
- Directs the sourcing, interpretation, and application of consumer and marketplace learning to strengthen marketing strategy and optimize brand activation.
- Embeds behavioral science principles into insights and activation strategies, while partnering with research and data suppliers to continuously elevate methodologies, effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- AI leader and power user, championing enterprise-wide adoption and advancement of AI tools across the organization.
Qualifications, Education & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience delivering high-quality, impactful insights and analytics within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end insights initiatives, integrating multiple data sources, retail dynamics, and consumer and cultural perspectives through a data-driven, evidence-based approach.
- Proven track record of translating insights into actionable business recommendations that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable results.
- Strong proficiency across a range of quantitative and qualitative research tools and methodologies, including Nielsen, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant narratives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
