We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations of our Moncton location. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and safe handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately based on pick lists.

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

  • Complete shipping and receiving documentation in line with company standards.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.

  • Load and unload trucks while following safe handling practices.

  • Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to meet fill rate targets.

  • Submit damage claims following courier procedures.

  • Perform regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and handling materials regularly.

  • Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (preferred).
