Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Secure Delivery Platforms team. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of enterprise platforms that enable engineering teams to move from idea to production securely, efficiently, and at scale. The team focuses on embedding security, compliance, and platform standards directly into developer workflows while continuously improving developer experience and delivery velocity. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Secure Delivery Platforms. Translate enterprise priorities, including security, compliance, developer experience, and AI adoption, into platform investments and initiatives. Drive adoption of GitLab, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), SSCM, and AI-enabled SDLC tooling across engineering teams. Foster an inner sourcing culture through customer roundtables and stakeholder engagement. Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, platform maturity, and strategic objectives. Partner closely with engineering, security, architecture, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes. Establish and monitor key success metrics, including DORA metrics, platform adoption, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Lead executive communications, roadmap reviews, and strategic decision-making forums. Drive platform standardization through reusable templates, guardrails, and golden paths. Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, security, cost, and developer experience. Enable scalable onboarding and self-service adoption across engineering organizations. Required Skills & Experience Strong product management experience within platform engineering, DevOps, or developer platform environments. Deep understanding of GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and SDLC tooling. Knowledge of software supply chain security, governance, and compliance best practices. Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business value. Experience leading enterprise-scale platform adoption, transformation, and modernization initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences. Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within platform engineering, DevOps, or software delivery ecosystems. Demonstrated success delivering complex technical platforms across multiple teams and business units. Strong strategic thinking, roadmap development, and prioritization capabilities. Experience defining KPIs and driving measurable outcomes through data-informed decision making. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership without direct authority.
