Join Our Team as a Licensed Condominium Manager in Edmonton!

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for condominium management? We’re looking for a Licensed Condominium Manager (Community Manager) to join our Edmonton branch and oversee a portfolio of condominiums in the city. This role is perfect for someone who excels in customer service, organization, and relationship management , working closely with board members to ensure seamless operations and compliance with management agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management – At the direction of the Condo Board, oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and contractor standards are met.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations – Serve as the primary contact for owners, board members, contractors, and suppliers , fostering positive relationships.
  • Financial Oversight – Implement and manage contract budgets, maintaining control over expenditures.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise on-site employees and support their professional development.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Provide guidance on legislation and statutory requirements affecting condominium management.
  • Operational Excellence – Identify opportunities for property improvements while ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Company Advocacy – Promote and adhere to Magnum York’s systems and processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A valid Real Estate License (Condominium Management Associate) through RECA is required.
  • Any experience in condominium management, maintenance, mechanical projects, or subcontracted services would strengthen your application.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, administrative, and accounting processes is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems , with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Familiarity with CPA regulations and condominium bylaws is beneficial.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Strong customer service and client management abilities.
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean Driver’s Abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle .
  • Ability to provide a clean Criminal Record Check upon hiring.
