What you will be doing:

• Deliver personalized, attentive, and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations

• Act as a passionate storyteller for Botanist’s menus, ingredients, and sustainability philosophy

• Guide guests through food and beverage selections, offering thoughtful recommendations

• Maintain strong product knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings

• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality

• Work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service

• Uphold all service standards, health and safety guidelines, and liquor licensing regulations

• Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with Botanist’s luxury brand

• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• A passion for hospitality, food, and exceptional guest service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment

• Curiosity and interest in local ingredients, sustainability, and Pacific Northwest cuisine

• Attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

• Serving It Right certification required

• Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment is an asset

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
