We’re currently looking for a Recreation Sales Advisor to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-oriented, and motivated to help riders find their perfect fit, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and riding goals
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and apparel
- Build lasting relationships with both new and returning customers through exceptional service
- Manage the sales process from first contact to final delivery with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain product and brand knowledge to stay up to date on the latest models and trends
Performance Essentials
- Previous sales experience in automotive, power sports, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-driven approach to achieving results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
