Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Enablement Projects Location: Vancouver - Hybrid 2-3 days a week Duration: 1 year contract or 1 year term employment Rate :$95-117/hr inc Salary : $145-160K Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology enablement initiatives involving infrastructure, applications, networking, and operational transformation. This role will be responsible for managing projects that require close collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors while ensuring successful delivery from planning through implementation and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-enabled technology projects. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance reporting. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). Coordinate activities across: Infrastructure teams Network teams Application teams Business stakeholders External vendors Manage technical dependencies between software solutions and infrastructure environments. Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management. Support implementation readiness, testing, deployment planning, and operational transition activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications.
Required Experience 15+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex technology projects. Strong experience leading infrastructure-enabled technology implementations. Experience coordinating application deployments that require collaboration between infrastructure and software teams. Understanding of network infrastructure concepts such as device connectivity, ports, VLANs, and enterprise networking environments. Experience managing enterprise software implementation and configuration projects. Proven success managing vendor-led implementations and multiple technical workstreams. Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations. Strong understanding of: Project governance Risk and issue management Schedule management Executive reporting Delivery oversight Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification or equivalent project management designation. Experience within higher education, public sector, healthcare, or other large enterprise environments. Background delivering infrastructure modernization, technology enablement, or operational transformation initiatives.
