Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Fraud AI Model Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance of AI models used in fraud detection and prevention. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that models are developed, validated, and monitored in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the governance framework for AI models in fraud detection.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure models are effective and compliant.
- Monitor model performance and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in model governance or risk management.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AI and fraud detection.
