The opportunity:
A Senior Account Manager at Achievers is a strategic, high-impact sales leader who drives customer value and account growth. In this role you'll partner closely with Customer Success Managers to craft winning account strategies and guide the entire sales process from renewals to expansions to introducing customers to new products they’ll love.
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll build bold prospecting plans, deliver compelling executive presentations, and steer complex negotiations with confidence. You’ll also uncover and cultivate new stakeholder relationships across your accounts, converting opportunity into measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex, concurrent sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and develop strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
- Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and manage key accounts with the Customer Success Manager
- Identify and mitigate churn risk and partner with the CSM to support the customer
- Create and present pricing presentations for renewals, upsells and cross sells
- Manage deal negotiations with the customer and coordinate internal approvals
Qualifications:
- Have 8+ years experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
- Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, Salesforce, Chorus.ai and others
- Are a hunter with a passion for finding new opportunities
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can partner with others in a selling environment
- Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite and procurement
- Can build long standing relationships across the business to nurture complex sales cycles
- Are a self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environment
- Have a bachelor's degree
